Serious training doesn’t mean sacrificing your life. You don’t need to live like a full-time athlete to train like one. With the right structure, intent, and balance, you can push your limits without burning out. My belief is that training like an athlete is one of the most effective ways to promote long-term longevity of both the body and mind. By developing and maintaining qualities such as strength, mobility, coordination, endurance, and resilience, we preserve the movement capacity and physical freedom that keep the body feeling youthful as we age. Whether you’re a professional or just serious about training, you’ll be coached and developed to a professional standard, without spending hours in the gym every day, because everyone deserves to perform at their best, physically and mentally. Train hard, recover well, and show up fully for everything else that matters. Welcome to Athlete Mode.

The Performance package is a structured training program, based on strength, conditioning, and athletic development aligned to your goals. This will include: - Clear weekly schedule and training intent. - App-based delivery with exercise demonstrations. - Limited coaching feedback. We will begin with a video meet & greet where we can work on goal setting, expectations, and what you would want out of this experience. You will then complete a postural & movement analysis to see your foundation, as well as complete a Brain Systems Checklist questionnaire which will guide me in adjusting your training schedule to fit your life and your personality. - $99 per month. - Minimum 3 month commitment.

In the Elite package we will have a deep dive into your daily routine and training habits to see where we can optimize performance, while maintaining a healthy balance in life. You will film and upload short videos of the different techniques performed in your workouts. Technique corrections will be more in-depth and accompanied by a video where necessary to help you better understand the mechanics of the movements. Extras found only in Elite: - Habit based goal setting for sustainable performance. - Priority communication and response times. - Ongoing performance oversight and accountability - Limited spaces available. - $350 per month. - Minimum 3 month commtiment.
All Athlete Mode clients train using the same approach that has been tailored to their goals. Every package includes an initial movement and postural analysis, brain systems screening, and a structured weekly training framework. The difference between packages is not the quality of the system, but the level of personal coaching attention. As you move from Performance to Elite, my direct involvement increases through: - More detailed feedback. - More frequent communication. - Greater program refinement and oversight. You choose the level of coaching support that best matches your goals, experience, and expectations. Minimum 3 month commitment on all packages.
